I toured the new Macquarie University Library in mid-September 2011 finding it bright, porous, welcoming, comfortable looking, spacious and not over-signed. It is already proving to be very popular with the students.
I really liked the new areas devoted to post-graduates and higher degree researchers. Many of the internal design features look to be very clever and effective.
